About
Dr. Karthikha Ravi is a consultant gynaecologist, laparoscopic and robotic surgeon with over 15 years of experience. She completed her MBBS at Govt. Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, her DGO at the prestigious Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Madras Medical College, and her DNB (OG) at Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital. Driven by her keen interest in minimally invasive surgery, she undertook a post-doctoral fellowship in Endogynecology at the renowned GEM Hospital and Research Centre. She practises across leading Chennai hospitals, including Apollo First Med and Aswene Soundara Hospital, with a high-volume surgical practice focused predominantly on Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH). Alongside her expertise in laparoscopic, robotic and hysteroscopic surgery, she has a strong passion for fertility and urogynecology, and is actively involved in surgical teaching and training as the founder of KALYRA (Kalyra Academy of Laparoscopy & Reproductive Advances), a surgical training academy dedicated to advancing laparoscopic and reproductive medicine education. At Yaal Fertility Centre she anchors the gynaecological and minimally invasive surgery programme.
